Pastor Lori is a retired English and speech teacher who began her ministry journey after her retirement from teaching in 2009. 

She and her husband Jack have been married forty-two years and counting and live in Manning with their rescue cats. In her spare time she enjoys writing poetry,  developing her Spanish skills, painting and drawing, being in theatrical productions, and long-distance bicycling--having completed many multi-day bike rides in a number of states.

She also has a passion for mission work, has been on several mission trips in Central America, and is the Aldersgate representative for the United Methodist Volunteers in Mission.
